Before Kurtz Details, I spent years working as a Registered Nurse, including time in the operating room. That work taught me things that don't show up on a resume: how to stay precise under pressure, how to keep a space genuinely clean — not just tidy — and how to communicate clearly with people who are trusting you with something important to them.
Detailing isn't a departure from that. It's the same instinct, pointed at something people care about deeply — their vehicle. The habits are the same: precision, consistency, cleanliness, and treating every job like it matters, because it does to the person who owns it.
